We don’t offer a spa retreat or a clinic.
Instead, we offer you your own retreat, a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can begin working through what you’ve been carrying—understanding your emotional landscape, gently regulating your nervous system, and moving towards a calmer, more steady way of being.
Held on our small holding in the Peak District, next to our family home, you can relax & begin releasing emotional weight, restoring balance, and moving forward with greater clarity.
We will guide you through the Hawaiian tradition of Ho’oponopono, we will teach & guide you through meditations to ease & calm your mind this alongside reflection, and time in nature will help you start to slow things down, gain perspective, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

At the centre of this retreat is Ho'oponopono—an ancient Hawaiian practice focused on forgiveness, emotional clearing, and returning to inner balance.
Throughout the retreat, this approach is combined with a range of structured, supportive practices designed to help you understand and begin releasing what you've been carrying, including:
