Welcome to Wheston Health Retreat
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or simply sensing that you need space to reset, we warmly invite you to step away for a few days and join us here at our home in the peaceful Peak District countryside.
Wheston is a small, family-led emotional healing retreat where guests are supported to slow down, breathe again and begin easing the emotional weight they may have been carrying.
Our retreats are hosted by myself and my dad. Our work naturally complements each other, bringing together grounded, science-informed nervous system practices with gentle intuitive emotional guidance.
With time, compassionate support and space away from daily pressures, many guests begin to feel calmer, clearer and more able to move forward.
A Calm and Supportive Retreat Experience
Retreats at Wheston are intentionally small, with a maximum of four guests.
This allows for a warm, personal atmosphere and the flexibility for each retreat to unfold at a natural, unhurried rhythm.
Days include guided mindfulness sessions, meditation, reflective workshops, time in nature and opportunities for one-to-one support.
