Do I need experience with meditation or holistic practices?
No experience is needed at all. Everything is gently guided and suitable for beginners. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
Is this retreat suitable if I’m feeling anxious or overwhelmed?
Yes. The retreat is designed to support nervous system calm, emotional wellbeing, and rest, especially for those navigating stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.
How many guests will be attending?
We keep retreats intentionally small, with a maximum of 4 guests, creating a calm and supportive atmosphere.
Will I have my own room?
Yes. Each guest has a private bedroom with en-suite facilities for comfort and personal space.
What is included in the retreat price?
Your stay includes accommodation, all meals, guided meditations, workshops, and a 1:1 energy healing session. Each guest also receives a complimentary angel card reading as a free gift.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Our home-cooked meals can be adapted for most dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance of any allergies or specific needs.
Is this retreat a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. Our retreats are supportive and holistic, intended to complement therapy and medical care, not replace it.
What if I need quiet time?
Quiet rest is encouraged. Guests are never pressured to take part in everything. We believe healing often occurs through rest, so you are warmly welcome to pause whenever you need.
How do I get there?
Free parking is available on-site. Pick-ups can also be arranged from Buxton or Chesterfield train stations by prior agreement.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Manchester Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. Guests can arrange taxis, and we can offer pick-ups from Buxton or Chesterfield train stations by prior agreement.
What is the average age range?
Most guests tend to be in their 30s to 60s, but we welcome adults of all ages. Men and women attend in roughly equal numbers, and we extend a warm welcome to guests from all cultural backgrounds.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, warm layers, slippers, a hot water bottle, and any personal essentials. A full suggested packing list is provided after booking.
