Our mindfulness retreat is a new beginning. We will give you the tools to help you  establish a habit of mindful awareness; to help you become calm, clear, undistracted and pliable. We will help you develop your awareness by focusing on purpose in the present moment, and non-judgmentally to the experiences unfolding in your life moment by moment.

When we feel present and strongly linked to this moment, we are more aware of how we feel and what is happening around us. It means we are less likely to be tempted by unhelpful or unhealthy actions or thoughts.

The retreat is an emotionally soothing break that gives you the chance to experience yourself moving peacefully through your daily life.

The techniques taught will help you clear accumulated stress, heal past stress and prevent new stress from growing.

 

We are constantly changing, evolving, learning, and growing and personal development can help you embrace your full potential and improve your quality of life.

Mindfulness gives us the tools to change our perspective on our ailments and manage them, so as to give us the chance to lead more satisfying lives.

In this 4-day experience, you will learn practical skills to stop racing thoughts, become aware of your body, manage your environment and begin to trust your innate wisdom.

On the retreat we will introduce you to exercises and provide you with tools that will contribute to you living a more happy and fulfilling life.

 

We hope that the mindfulness tools and exercises presented will inspire you to increase your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of the people around you.
