What is Ho’oponopono?
Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and emotional clearing. At its heart is the understanding that healing occurs when we return to love, forgiveness, and inner peace.
Throughout the retreat, you will be gently guided to explore this practice in a grounded and supportive way, with no pressure and no judgement.
Cleansing & Emotional Reset
Over the four days, you’ll learn practical Ho’oponopono techniques to help release limiting patterns, ease self-criticism, and reconnect with the part of you that simply wants to feel safe and whole.

We keep groups small (maximum of 4 guests), so spaces are limited and can be reserved with an £80 deposit, with the remaining balance due on arrival.
